Natural magnets: such as magnetite (Fe₃O₄), magnetic minerals that exist in nature.

Artificial magnet

Permanent magnet: Maintains magnetism for a long time. Common types:

Neodymium magnets (NdFeB) : The most powerful artificial permanent magnets, used in headphones, hard disks, etc.

Ferrite magnets: low cost, corrosion-resistant, used in speakers and fridge magnets.

Alnico magnets: High-temperature resistant, used in motors and sensors.

Electromagnet: It generates magnetism when powered on and disappears when the power is off. It is used in cranes, relays, etc.
